“You can hire any employee to work for you but they will never treat your business like it’s their own. They will never love it as much as you do and they would never do as much work at the level that you’re going to do because it isn’t honestly their business. But my mom treats my business like it’s hers because she loves it that much. She loves me and wants me to succeed. And so I don’t think a regular employee would just do that honestly.”
